This Agreement contains the General Terms and Conditions of Use related to the use of the website www.abawood.hu (hereinafter: the “Website”), which is the exclusive property of “ABA WOOD” Faipari Kft. (Registered Office: 8291 Nagyvázsony, Vásártér utca 18., Company Registration No.: 01-10-041043, Tax No.: 25139213-2-19, Managing Director: András Kötél; hereinafter: “ABAWOOD”).
By using the online quote request function operated by ABAWOOD on the Website, the User acknowledges and fully accepts these General Terms and Conditions.
Please read these General Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Website. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not request a quote through the Website. Anyone who does not accept these Terms is not entitled to use the Website or its services and benefits.
ABAWOOD reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Terms at any time. The amended Terms shall enter into force on the day they are published on the Website.
On the Website, Users may view products distributed by ABAWOOD. Users may request a quote for selected products via the quote request platform available on the relevant product pages or through other quote request interfaces on the Website.
ABAWOOD strives to respond to online quote requests as soon as possible, either in writing or verbally, using the contact details provided by the User.
ABAWOOD reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Website at any time.
Any adult natural person, legal entity, business association without legal personality, or other organization that has read and accepted these Terms. Minors and legally incapacitated persons may not use the Website’s services. Users may only use the Website for private purposes and may not forward it for business purposes.
Any User who accepts the prepared quote and enters into a contract with ABAWOOD Ltd.
A voluntary data submission process during which the User accepts these Terms and provides accurate personal data. The online quote request results in a personalized offer. A quote request does not constitute an order.
The User undertakes to provide accurate information. ABAWOOD assumes no responsibility for damages resulting from false or inaccurate data.
During the online quote request, the User provides:
Full name
Email address
Phone number
Location of installation (postal code)
Request for disposal of removed materials
Installation request
Custom message to improve quote accuracy
Personal data are processed in accordance with ABAWOOD’s Privacy Policy and relevant GDPR and Hungarian legislation.
ABAWOOD may modify the scope of required data at any time.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. ABAWOOD assumes no liability for any discrepancies.
A contract is concluded when the Customer signs the agreement or pays the deposit in cash or via bank transfer. By concluding the contract, the Customer accepts these Terms and the Website’s policies. At this point, the ordered products are considered officially purchased from ABAWOOD.
Production time varies depending on the product and quantity. Displayed timeframes are indicative; exact deadlines are specified in the contract.
Delivery can be ordered for an additional fee, depending on location and quantity.
Installation is arranged by phone or email after production is completed. Installation takes place at a pre-agreed time, during which the Customer or their authorized representative must be present. The Customer must ensure suitable working conditions. If installation fails due to lack of preparation, a standby fee will be charged.
ABAWOOD provides a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty, including 1 year of statutory guarantee. Proper professional installation and compliance with storage and transport regulations are required. The warranty does not cover maintenance-related issues. ABAWOOD is not responsible for installations performed by third parties. Complaints must be submitted in writing and include order details and contact information.
If the Customer withdraws within 1 day without fulfilling payment obligations, ABAWOOD may retain 10% of the contract value as a penalty. After 1 day, withdrawal is not permitted under Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26) for custom-made products.
The Website is intended to be continuously available. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance. ABAWOOD strives to minimize downtime. Technical issues may be reported to info@abawood.hu.
This Agreement is governed by Hungarian law. Invalid provisions shall be replaced by valid legal provisions, while the remaining parts remain in force.
Any use of www.abawood.hu falls under the scope of this Agreement.
